This website is operated by Neat Tools LLC ("Neat Tools", "we", "us"). By visiting neattools.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the platform we sell through.

1. Using the store

You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from us. You may not use our products or this site for anything illegal, and you may not transmit viruses or other harmful code. We may refuse service or cancel an order for anyone at any time.

2. Products and pricing

We make our products to order and try to show them accurately. Colors can look different on your screen, and 3D printed parts can have small variations in finish. Prices, descriptions and availability can change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

Listings sometimes contain mistakes in pricing, descriptions or shipping times. We may correct an error and cancel or update an affected order, even after it has been placed. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

3. Fitment and safe use

Our products are accessories designed to fit specific tools and storage systems. You are responsible for checking that a product fits your setup before ordering and for installing and using it safely. Do not exceed reasonable loads, and do not rely on any printed part to secure items where a failure could cause injury or damage. Inspect parts regularly and stop using any part that is cracked or worn.

4. Brand names

Neat Tools is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Milwaukee Tool, DeWalt or any other tool manufacturer. PACKOUT, Milwaukee, DeWalt and other brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what our products fit.

5. Orders and billing

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate order and payment information. We may limit quantities per person, household or order, and we may decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we change or cancel your order, we'll contact you at the email or phone number you gave us.

6. Returns, cancellations and shipping

Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Delivery times are covered by our Shipping Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Custom orders

When you order a custom label, latch or other personalized item, you confirm that you have the right to use any text, logo or artwork you send us. We may decline any custom order. You are responsible for checking spelling and details before you submit.

8. Digital files

Digital files we sell, such as STL files, are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not share, resell or redistribute the files, or sell items printed from them, without our written permission. Digital purchases are final once the file has been delivered.

9. Our content

The designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Neat Tools. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

10. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you agree that we can use, edit and publish them without owing you payment. Don't submit anything that is unlawful, abusive or false, or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove anything that does.

11. Third-party tools and links

The site may link to or use third-party tools and websites that we don't control. We provide them as is and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Questions about a third party's product should go to that third party.

12. Personal information

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any law or regulation; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's; (d) to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against anyone; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to upload viruses or malicious code; (g) to collect other people's personal information; (h) to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; or (i) to interfere with the security of the site. We may end your access for any of these.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Except as we expressly state, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement. Your use of the site and our products is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Neat Tools and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, damage to tools or property, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the site or any product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, ours is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states do not allow these limits, so in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Neat Tools and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or anyone's rights.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with our posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier versions. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it.

18. Termination

These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them by no longer using the site. We may end your access at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms. Obligations that arose before termination, including amounts owed, survive it.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
