Order confirmations are sent after checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If still missing, Contact Support to resend it.
Products are made to order and not eligible for return. Contact Support if you need help or a possible swap depending on the case.
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours. After that, cancellations incur a 25% fee. Contact Support to request cancellation.
Changes may be possible based on order status. Contact Support with the requested change as soon as possible.
Returns are not accepted since all products are made to order. For damaged or defective items, Contact Support with photos and order info.
Tracking emails are sent automatically when your order ships. If not received, check your spam or junk folder. Contact Support if no tracking is found.
Check all packaging thoroughly. If something is confirmed missing, Contact Support with your order number and a photo of what was received.
If you received the wrong item, Contact Support with photos and your order number. If confirmed, we’ll ship the correct item.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, take photos and Contact Support immediately. Keep all packaging materials in case they’re needed for a carrier claim.
Shipping
All orders ship within 1–3 business days. Most are shipped by the next business day when possible. Larger or high-volume orders may take up to 5 business days.
U.S. orders: USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or Priority Mail (1–3 business days). International: GlobalPost or UPS, delivery in 5–30 days depending on destination.
Available to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. UPS shipments always incur fees. If a package is denied or returned due to unpaid fees, a 25% restocking fee applies and shipping is non-refundable.
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before arrival. Most packages arrive within 1–2 days. If not, check with neighbors or your local carrier. Contact Support within 14 days if still missing.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. If there's no update after 3 business days or it seems stuck, Contact Support for help.
Products
All 3D printed products are made from high-quality PETG plastic, chosen for its strength, durability, and heat resistance. PETG offers an ideal balance between toughness and flexibility, making it well-suited for garage, shop, and jobsite environments.
The clear lids on Milwaukee PACKOUT units can act like a magnifying glass in direct sunlight. This may cause heat buildup inside the box, which can lead to warping or deformation of plastic accessories — including 3D printed products, aftermarket parts, or even foam inserts. To prevent damage, avoid leaving PACKOUT units in direct sun or high-heat environments for extended periods.
All products are printed in-house using high-precision 3D printers. Each part is inspected for fit and function before being packed. While cosmetic layer lines are a natural part of the 3D printing process, all products are designed and tested to perform reliably under normal use conditions.
Every Neat Tools product is designed in-house. All 3D models are original designs developed specifically for function, fit, and compatibility. We do not use or resell third-party models, and we do not distribute our files for personal use, resale, or modification.
Handle Release Kit
Most often caused by a defective latch. Contact Support for a replacement and include a short video to help expedite the process.
Usually occurs when the pin rubs against the edge of the hole drilled in Step 3. If the hole is slightly misaligned, the pin may catch on plastic or metal. Slightly enlarging the hole and clearing out any debris is recommended before installing the latch.
This may result from incorrect latch positioning or selecting the wrong holes during drilling. In some cases, a dull drill bit can bend the metal. Remove the handle and gently flatten the area around the hole.
If any screws are missing, Contact Support to receive a replacement screw kit. In some cases, reimbursement may be provided for locally sourced screws.
The 2025 update includes a slightly taller latch design for a stronger internal slide mechanism and upgraded screws with larger, coarser threads for better grip into the Packout plastic.
Older style pins were thinner, positioned lower, and more prone to bending. The Handle Release Kit mounts higher on the box, uses thicker pins, enclosed latches, and includes stopper bolts for easier reinstallation and alignment.
In no event shall Neat Tools be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property, or equipment (Including the Rolling Toolbox) whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use, misuse, or installation of our Handle Release Pin Modification Kit. Install at your own risk.
Warranty
