Refund policy

Returns
Everything we sell is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please check fitment before you order. If you're not sure something will work with your setup, email us first and we'll help.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email sales@neattools.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering, as long as the order hasn't shipped. After 48 hours, unshipped orders can still be cancelled, minus a 25% fee, because production has usually started. Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled.

Order changes
Need to change an address, color or item? Email sales@neattools.com as soon as you can. We can usually make changes before production starts.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days.
